Receptionist/Admin

Our Johannesburg branch based in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Admin candidate.

Job function

  1. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  2. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  3. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and or on the phone/email
  6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk

Job Requirements

  1. Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Strong administrative skills
  4. Hardworking
  5. Proactive and self-motivated
  6. Planning and organizational ability
  7. Must have own transport
  8. Strong communication skills / Telephone etiquette
  9. Proficiency in English
  10. Grade 12 or any other qualification
