At Right Side Up, we understand that every consignment represents something valuable to our clients. Through our partnership with Freight Guard, we provide an additional layer of protection designed to offer greater peace of mind throughout the transportation process.
Our standard Goods in Transit (GIT) cover provides extensive protection and extends to approved service providers operating on behalf of Right Side Up, helping ensure that consignments remain protected throughout our delivery network.
BikeGuard Service Guarantee
For clients entrusting us with the transportation and storage of their motorcycles, our BikeGuard Service Guarantee provides additional financial peace of mind.
From the commencement of collection, your motorcycle is protected while being consigned by our qualified team and while stored at one of our secure locations. In the unlikely event of minor loss or damage during transportation or storage, BikeGuard provides protection of up to R10 000 for a nominal fee of R150 per motorcycle consigned.
The programme is independently managed by a specialist provider, helping ensure that valid claims are handled efficiently, with no excess applied.
