COSTING /ADMIN CLERK

Our Johannesburg branch based in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced Costing/Admin Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General Admin
  • Daily Costings
  • Weekly Invoicing
  • Sending of Statements
  • Billing Queries
  • Credit notes and Debit notes
  • Recons
  • Monthly stationary orders nationally
  • Checking of rates for cost of sales
  • Reception duties

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Finance and the logistics industry.
  • Grade 12 Certificate or Higher.
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Planning and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills / Telephone etiquette
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must have own transport
